Kevin E. Kennedy Fellowship Gala

The purpose of the Kevin E. Kennedy Fellowship Gala is to encourage LGBTQ law students to pursue careers in the public interest or non-profit sector, where they can contribute to and support the interests of the LGBTQ community through their legal careers. Last year was our inaugural Gala and Outlaws was able to provide scholarships for four 1Ls to work in internships that focused on LGBTQ issues.

This year's banquet will take place on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at The Michigan League from 7-10PM and will feature Denise Brogan-Kator from the Family Equality Council as our keynote speaker. At the banquet, we will honor the 2016 recipients of the Spectrum Fellowship and the Kevin E. Kennedy Public Interest Fellowship.

Later Event: November 18
