Here from one of the litigators challenging the Trump Administration's ban on transgender servicemembers. She will discuss the particular case filed by her firm and the ALCU, as well as Covington's extensive pro bono work on behalf of transgender servicemembers. Professor Margo Schlanger will offer insight into her time in government and her research on civil rights lawsuits and constitutional and procedural issues.
